Dr Kraut and his staff are not only friendly and caring but so competent in caring for my two dogs. If there is a problem they will work endlessly to find a cause. I see Dr Kraut as a dedicated professional and I trust him completely. The supporting staff, whether vet tech or receptionist, are all polite and helpful. They treat my dogs kindly and respectfully. I will not go to another practice and recommend this office to anyone

Everyone was professional and friendly. The health certificates to bring my cats into Hawaii were done with exactitude. The help I received from the office was wonderful. My cat also had an abscess recently, and she was seen same day as call. I found this veterinarian online when my mother was unhappy with the service she received at a Torrington vet she has visited for 20+ years (recent changes in ownership). I would recommend this practice with no reservations.
Dr. Kraut is the best! He takes quality time with you and your pet and explains everything to you. He goes above and beyond to help diagnose a problem.
